She worked with this old woman until I could use my new phone. She was gracious and kind. The only problem was having to go to the Verizon store to get the phone and then go to another Verizon store to get the iPad. I will have to wait until I have used the phone a month or so before I know how well I like it.

I knew I wanted the phone but Best Buy got my phone loaded when th the old one cleaned the old one for trade and out in 1 hour and half.

It’s got magnetic on the back that you couldn’t put one of those little things on. My daughter said two inside is a little magnet thing that you could take and glue it on your dashboard to hold your phone. Also thought that was such a great idea.

Its price is higher that other model but quality wise not that good, very plain and basic. Wish I could return and get replacement with other model available.

But this one, the part that covers the large bar/button on the right side of the iPhone 16 is extremely hard to use. Often when needed to click/double click it does not work. Will likely buy a different case when I have a few minutes
