Whenever I do a trade in, the tech is always surprised at the great condition of my phone. I tell them it's not me, it's the Otterbox. And I normally receive a good deal on my trade in.

The only thing I see wrong is that the up and down buttons on volume do not precisely line up with the buttons on the phone. So sometimes they can be fussy.

Our engineering team not only found that the new notch does not diminish the drop protection of the case, we also re-engineered these cases to be Drop+ 7x rated. Either OtterBox needs to step up their game and get back to what they was once making.
