I did place a screen cover on the phone but bottom corner protective glass screen cracked. This was not the otter protection that we were use to. Too thin and light rubber,

It is tough, protective, and slips easily in/out of my pocket. I have never had any damage to my phone if it is dropped or bumped when in an Otterbox Symmetry. I used one on my iPhone 13 pro max for 3 full years and the only way you would know was at the back was a bit smooth from being set down and slid in/out of a car holder. Highly recommend.
