The reason being that the power button was really hard. At first i didn't mind, but then i would try to turn on my phone and instead of turning it on it would get bixby instead.

It was too loose. When I picked up my phone, it felt like the case could come off easily.

Once she got accustomed to the larger size she found it easier to use and no lag whatsoever when scrolling... the camera performs well and it's a nice looking phone.

Dirt and particles get between the case and phone very easily and you can see them through the clear case. Im cleaning it out at least once a week. My biggest complaint is the buttons dont work very well with the case on. Its extremely difficult to take a screen shot because of the buttons being so difficult to push.

Unreliable for protection.

It was only then that I noticed it does not have sufficient ‘lip’ around the edge to keep the screen or screen protector away from possible contact.
