Someone rubbed a drop of adhesive in the case when they installed it. Whoever makes OtterBox cases is somehow deciding it's so important they save in adhesive material that they can't even put the cases together all the way.

It is a very basic piece of plastic and felt very cheap. I'd be happy with it for $20, but $60 is a very far reach. The magnets in the back actually fell out the first time I took my phone out of the case. I have enjoyed Otterbox products in the past from the commuter line, but I cannot recommend this product at all.
