Case fits phone just fine, however because the case covers the on/off button and volume controls you must push really hard to use those buttons. Would have been nice if case was designed to expose the phone at those areas.

This makes my phone a bit heavy but it is built tough!! I bought this when I had to buy a new phone that I dropped and shattered the glass so I wanted tough. I think the Otterbox name is one of the best respected in this category

I bought the phone for my son-in-law who was moving up from his old flip phone. He says that he loves the phone and it takes great pictures at its price point. Would buy this phone again. Great for beginners.

This is my first Otterbox, purchased May 8th, 2019, and so far I have no complaints only compliments for its durability and quality made to protect my new Samsung J7 from life's haphazard events. We shall see how it holds up.

So I needed an "Otter box" protective case for my new smartphone, and I went to Best Buy and asked about that. They had some in stock, and I purchased one, and it has so far worked as designed. Smooth experience, no problems.

My phone is super slick so I was worried about dropping it. Got the Otterbox to protect it. The surface has enough friction to greatly lessen the chance of it sliding out of my hand. The holes are in all the right places as I got the model recommended for my phone.

Excellent phone for Galaxy Mega upgrade. I've had my Galaxy Mega 2 for a few years and was unsure as to which phone to buy next. I'm very happy with the Galaxy J7. It has similar features and an excellent camera.

Purchased for my husband's J7, but the camera opening was different than his phone. It is an excellent product, and good quality and price, but had to purchase another Otterbox to accommodate the phone. Unfortunately, correct one is not sold in Best Buy.

I have used an old flip phone for many years. I guess I held out as long as possible to convert to the smart phone. I am well pleased with all the new possibilities available with the new phone. It is a lot easier to use than I had imagined.

Appears to be a good case. the 2018 version is a bit expensive $40 The 2017 is @ $20. The buttons that correspond to on/off, volume control are very hard to push. Possibly the tightness and seal of the Otter? on't want to test in water to find out

Needed a case for my new work issued phone. Price did not break the bank and provides all the protection my job requires. Extremely easy to install. Great brand that you can trust.

I've used Otter box cases and other cases in the past. My preference is always the Otter box. They hold up very well. I'm rough on phones and cases and they have a lifetime warranty.

It definitely feels sturdy, and looks like it can withstand being dropped. Also it was on sale, so I got it. OtterBoxes can be rather expensive usually, compared to most other cases.

I bought this for my teen son, who is very clumsy with his phone (he broke the last one). So far it's held up to several major drops. Happy with it.

fits phone but blocks the flashlight so if you want to use the lite you need to drill a hole in the case.

This is a great case. I like how it goes on and how easy it is to remove. It does a good job of protecting the phone in a drop as well.

Otter box is always consistent with the products. Between fit, vol , power button functions always on point. And charger ports fit all my cables.

I love my otterbox, it is so great to have and it is very good quality I am very happy with my purchse!!

My husband and I are in the process of watching all the Avengers movies in order from beginning to end and this just added to our collection.

For the price I paid for this phone case it should have come with a screen protector. But this phone has limited accessories.
