This case fits snugly and looks great, but only gave it 4 stars because I don't like that I have to take part of the case off to use the kick stand on the Surface. It's pretty annoying, i just stopped using it. The pend doesn't stay on the side very well either, when the case is on. Think I'll get the UGG case instead. I have an UGG case on my Surface 3 and it works great.

I have had Otterbox covers fro other products and they work very well as advertised to prevent damage. However I do find that plugging or removing usb connections are not that convenient. Overall the product works as expected, though it is heavier than expected.

The otter box is an a great protection cover. The biggest issue is it is heavy and bulky which is a turnoff trade for protection. Worth getting.

this case protects the tablet and keyboard 100%. only problem is there is not enough magnetic field for the pen to stick onto the tablet nor is there a pen holder on the case like other cases, otterbox missed the mark with that. my other issue is the kick stand is hard to use but that is not a deal breaker for me.

I like the otter box because it is a trusted name and comes with a cover for the keyboard. Good thing since the keyboard is so expensive. I noticed the keyboard cover helps stiffen the keyboard as well. The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because when the kickstand on the surface is opened, there is no protection for the bottom of the surface. I’m sure otter box can come up with a better idea.

I bought this case because the Surface Pro I have at work came with it. I find it hard to put on and take off the Surface, but it is a good case to have if you plan on walking around carrying your Surface at work, school, etc.

I got this case to protect my Surface Pro 4 (after all, it is an investment). It's sturdy and durable and will get the job done in making sure the computer stays pristine. My only complaint is the case on the back encloses the kickstand and to get it out takes a bit of work. It's a slight thing, but the enclosure works to protect the Surface completely. A very very slim trade off and is the only reason why I gave this 4/5. If using the kickstand with the case were a bit easier, I'd give it a 5. You really won't be disappointed with this case though.

After reading other reviews about the various cases/ covers I decided to go with this one due to being the only one with some sort of protection for the keyboard as well. True as stated by others the magnetic capabilities are reduced due to the case for the pen. This would be a better case if it had a clip for the pen. Also it does take a bit of getting used to using the kickstand because the case does lock on pretty well on all the corners.

This a great and wonderful case but when you close the adjustable stand you have to snap into place but unsnapping it is a Pain in the $#@* plus there is no stylus holder. You have to use the magnet and that doesn't stay on very good only half the magnet is used . With the exception of being over priced and the minor flaws its a nice case .

The case is great for protection all around the tablet, i especially like the fact that it has a hard plastic portion that goes over the keyboard for added protection over the screen. The only draw back to this case is that it make it hard to flip out the kickstand if you are using it on a desk or table because of how it latches onto the device. Not a huge deal but worth knowing.

The case is sturdy and protective, but awkward to use the kickstand with, you have to pop off the corners, and it always makes me nervous to break it.

Cover is excellent and tough. However, having to push out the corners of the case to extend the computer kickstand can be a nuisance at times.

This is an extremely tough cover and i am good with that. I do think it is a little bulky but again its tough. The only thing I do not like about it is A) You must use a slim USB connection B) The kick stand can be difficult to pull out. I would and have recommended this to others

The otter box is thin but does a fairly good job of protecting the surface pro. It’s kinda hard to pull out the kick stand part because it sticks firmly. Buy the screen protector because this doesn’t come with one.

I like the case. It covers the whole Surface without being excessively bulky, and it has a separate piece for the keyboard attachment so that you can still pull it off and use it as a tablet. The buttons on top have to be pressed a little harder than normal, but other than being noticeable, it does not interfere with operation. The back is hinged, but it has to be separated from the body of the Surface to bend out with the stand. That is the only problem I have with the design, and I would prefer that it had some way to use the stand without detaching half of the case. It is comfortable to hold, not slick so do not worry about dropping it. Seems like it would do a good job absorbing impacts if it ever happened.

The part that flips out with the stand always falls off that's the only part I would change. Case works great and has protected my laptop through a couple Falls.

Protects the back of the surface pro. If you do not have the keyboard, go with another case. the other half of this case protects the keyboard. Also there is no place to put your pen.

All of the reviews are about spot on. My keyboard cover stays on just fine and protects the product to my satisfaction. I do think the stand "clip" is a bit tight for my liking. Don't get this thinking you can travel with the pen attached to the side...but i can't possibly think of any case that will do that. The pen WILL stick to the side if not being jostled in a bag, etc. (i.e. sitting on a table, desk). In the end, I needed protection for travel and didn't want a ton of weight. If you are unhappy with how tight the stand clips to the body, just shave a little of the rubber off the inside of the clip.

Fits and works well. Pen doesn't attach to well, and a little hard to open kick stand, that's why I didn't give it five stars.

Fits nice and snug. I read a lot of reviews about people having problems extending the kickstand but I don't seem to have that problem. The problem I do seem to come across is that when the kickstand is open, the upper portion of the otterbox slides up causing the port openings to become misaligned and preventing me from pressing the power button. It's easily fixed by sliding it back on, but it's kind of a hassle.
