Wouldnt recommend it being from high heights to protect the phone but if it falls out your hand or pocket its enough to protect tbe phone.

It’s a light otterbox case and it’s very strong to protect your phone. I have dropped my phone several times, and there is no damage at all! No scratches or any chips on my phone when I check once is dropped.
