Two things I noticed is that there is an inch and a half on the right side that has a cut out and therefore, has zero protection. Does this have a purpose? The other thing is that there is no way to manually put the phone on silent mode without removing the case itself. No amount of pushing will do it. I would return to Best Buy as it’s been less than five days, but I allowed them to toss the box when installing a screen protector. I have owned OtterBox cases for years and this is a bust for me. the best thing about this purchase was the associate named Jordan, she was very friendly.

At this time there is no wireless charger but her aide has one in her car so we are hoping it will work there. Easy on, difficult to take off. Appears to be as good as the one I purchased 4 years ago.
