Poor quality

Case separated and doesn't hold phone properly

NOT IPHONE 16e CASE

RETURNING AND NEVER BUYING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN

However Best Buy erased my phone before transferring to my new device forcing me to get a new email, phone number, locked out of bank account and had to wait a week to get back into iCloud. Huge rookie mistake for a company such as Best Buy. It’s still affecting my data and transactions today. They have lost me as a customer. I’ve opened up a case concerning this with a Best Buy supplied reference number and I can’t even get a response with that. This whole transaction has been a nightmare.
