I ordered this case because it was literally the only one available in the store and there were only two left and it was a holiday sale weekend. So I wanted to beat the rush to get a good price so I placed an order online for store pick up. The sale price was about the only decent thing about it. I definitely would’ve picked up something else had there been anything that fit my phone and featured MagSafe. So the good is that it fits decently well. The volume buttons are very tactile however the power button is a little mushy and soft. It has MagSafe. That’s the end of the good points. Now the bad points. Even without a screen protector there is very little screen lip. Throw on a screen protector and it’s almost flush with the screen. Same thing with the cameras. The amount of space between the screen and cameras and a flat surface is literally the thickness of a sheet of notebook paper. A decent size grain of sand would make contact with either surface. There is absolutely no grip on the back of this case. It is literally a slick piece of plastic. The fingernail-thick groove that goes around the edge of the case is not a grip. The bottom rubber area near the charging port, speakers and mic is somewhat floppy. I see that deforming in a matter of weeks. Outside of that it’s just your basic black unattractive no personality plastic case with minimal protection on the front and rear and very little protection on the corners. You can see that from how tightly it fits on the corners of the phone, that there are no air pockets. I highly doubt this is a very protective case outside of scratches from inside your pocket. I can definitely say that the full price for this case is insane. This is going to go back immediately as I sit here in the parking lot writing this review. I’ll hit up the five and dime store for a temporary five dollar case until I can find a suitable case in value and quality.

This Otterbox cell phone case is a well made product, but at $59.99, I feel it is overpriced. It should protect my iPhone 12 Pro, and keep it from damage, but costs a bit much…

This case is a good option, this case combined with a glass screen protector has saved my phone from many drops onto concrete floors.

I like it! Easy to put on my phone, and works with the magnetic pop socket and my wireless charger. It is a bit slippery, but not enough of a problem that I’d return it.

Otterbox is the best maker of phone cases. With the Symmetry+ i feel like they made their case even more slim, which I like. Works perfect with mag charging.

Have used other Otterbox products in the past. Good protection.

DO NOT BUY. I lover OtterBox and its been the standard case on my iPhone for the last few years, BUT this case is awful. Pros: Still provides great protection. Cons: The plastic literally cuts my finger. I usually rest my phone on my pinky during use and the plastic eye is so sharps its left cuts and now a callus. The case also has little grip and very slick. Hard to put on and take off. I was concerned I might damage the phone. My last complaint is the volume buttons which decided to get stuck at random and stop anyone from changing the volume. I would recommend finding another case.

This case was purchased for my college aged son. He always wants something simple and he always goes with the color of black. The case seems to be durable enough to handle any bumps and to protect his phone.
