However, we specifically designed this case with Apple's MagSafe technology in mind, so this is definitely surprising to hear. Is that an Apple or OtterBox MagSafe accessory that you're using with this case? Those should be working seamlessly together, but since we don't perform any third party testing we are unable to guarantee the compatibility between our case and another company's product.
