I like for my Apple to show he could care less LOL but it is extremely durable and none of his phones have ever broken with this case.

Additionally, while MagSafe, good luck getting it to charge with the standard induction chargers.

We were still paying our installment plan on the 10, and since we had an upgrade, we’re paying the same for the 12 now, so check your upgrades and trade it in!

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series+ with MagSafe! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse!
