Not enough screen protection

When you close the phone (Samsung Z Fold4) the strip rises up. Very flimsy. I did however buy a better Otterbox case that is designed better for the phone.

Not sure what went down with the latter part of the equation, but as for the case, there are a few pieces of adhesive on the interior of the frame to help it attach firmly to the device. To utilize these, a film must first be removed.
Not sure if you had been able to take advantage of this design element, as we have been made aware that a few folks have missed those, so we are working on ways to better communicate that going forward. Those can sometimes get overlooked but are an important piece of this Otter puzzle. Were you able to make use of the adhesive strips in the inside of the frame? That step can sometimes be overlooked, but it's definitely critical when it comes to keeping everything in place.
