Nasty inside and out and had the package labels stuck to the lid. It had a foot print on the lid like the delivery person used it as a step stool. Very disappointed.

The manager of the Bay Pkwy Best Buy gave me a discount, to make up for it, which was great. I later noticed that the lid seal was leaky so i returned it.

Damaged and Too small when received

Originally purchased 2 and when it arrived, both OtterBox was dent from corner to corner, and top to bottom. I was quite surprise that it wasn't even boxed up. They delivered it as in, just as picture. Price paid was for a brand new on, not a Open Box. Plus the lid seem to have an opening. Had I kept it, probably would not kept the items cool.
