I totally enjoyed the DVD. Having previously read the Outlander books made the series more enjoyable for me but I don't believe that it 's necessary to enjoy the series.

If you love the books then I'm sure you've watched the series. But you want all your friends to be obsessed with it, too. So get the Bluray and have an Outlander party.

Pay attention that you need Season Vol.1 and Vol. 2. My husband enjoys watching with me also!

I've read all the books in the outlander series it was very enjoyable to see how close to the dvd was to the books. Can't wait until the next season is out.

Outlander is a great series and takes us on a wondrous journey back in time and presents several new adventures and some scary ones as well. Great Series.
