Superior Installation Service! The gentlemen were very friendly, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. They set the microwave up and cleaned up! I am very thankful!

Great team came out to install my new over the range microwave. I always appreciate that Best Buy sends teams of two out - things go much faster. I really appreciated the fact that the installers took time to fix and properly vent the microwave. A few years ago I paid a licensed contractor to vent the over the range microwave; needless to say, they did a terrible job, which now explains a lot of noise, smell and leakage. The Best Buy team took extra time to rectify what should have been done correctly, and now things work like a charm with our new microwave. We would have liked to have given the installation duo a tip for their great work!

The best installation we have had in a while. Fixed issues from previous microwave to insure this one was more secure to wall and vented out properly. Cleaned up behind their work.

Installer was very efficient and thorough. Provided a courtesy call to let me know he was running a little late but made it in time to complete the installation within the allotted timeframe.

The installer that Best Buy sent (Joe's Home Services) arrived on-time and was able to remove the old microwave and install the new one in under an hour. He was polite, had all the tools needed and had no problems installing it. This is in sharp contrast to the person Whirlpool sent out - who was rude and did not know how and could not install the same microwave. I would definitely would by from Best Buy Again. .

The Two man team carefully and neatly removed the old microwave and carefully installed the new one. Very professional, neat, polite and fast. They took the old microwave and all the packing materials as well. Very well done.

The people who installed the microwave were cooperative, detailed in their explanation of what “installation” entailed and willing to adjust our delivery time so we could finish the piping for the exhaust fan. Thank you!

This was installed in a new home so holes had to be drilled in a subway tile backsplash. I was glad my installer knew what he was doing. Everything went smoothly and it looks great. The installer was very polite and knowledgeable.

The oven works well so far. A little expensive for a basic microwave oven. Best Buy installation scheduling was poorly handled.
