The oven works well so far. A little expensive for a basic microwave oven. Best Buy installation scheduling was poorly handled.

Soooo good. Showed up when they said they would. Called first. Did the job super quickly. Cleaned up after themselves. Fabulous

The two installation guys were absolutely spectacular, In-N-Out, in no time.HOWEVER, as much as I love Samsung products and I’m not so sure this is gonna be a good one. We have had Samsung microwaves many times before purchasing this one and the display screen is so dark that I can’t even read it. I literally have to use a flashlight. Every time I want to hit one of the buttons, that’s a real problem!

The geek squad did a really good job. They were very polite and friendly.. it wasn't a very job the microwave was quite heavy but they did a very neat job.

I had a countertop microwave before this and really like having this above my stove and freeing up counter. This is a great size and has a lot of cooking options. Haven't experimented much with sensor, but has a lot of shortcut buttons that are very handy.

We recently bought a new home and all new appliances. The microwave was the last to be delivered and installed, but the installation person did a great job, just as they did with all our new appliances.

Installation was smooth and flawless. Installers were customer friendly. They arrived about 20 minutes late after a four hour window. Would have been nice to know that they were going to be late. Have used Geek Squad many times and they do not disappoint!
