We had to disconnect an GE Advantium microwave, and being elderly, this was too much for us. Best Buy provided the most fabulous installation expert we could have asked for and were thrilled how easy they made it seem. Great experience!

Ordered and installation were very efficient. Delivery was a little confusing but turned out well. Love the LG microwave.

So far so good, like the features and auto programs. Waiting to see how the easy to clean finish works. I am short so have to stand on my tip toes to be able to see inside the microwave as the metal shielding on the door is a little higher than my old one.
