The installers did a fantastic job with the installation and removal of old product. They were prompt and called ahead to make sure we would be home. Install only took 30 minutes and they went over the operation of the microwave. Great job!!

Ordered my new over the stove microwave on line with installation. It arrived when promised and the installer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went so smoothly that I also bought one for my daughter. Love the new microwave.

The installer arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and very clean. He made sure the microwave was operating properly and removed old appliance from my home. I was very happy with the installation.

Gustavo out of the Merced store did a great job. He arrived on time, pulled out the old microwave and installed the new one. He cleanup up everything and gave a great tour of how to use the new one.

The installation went well, and my new microwave was installed correctly.

Installers did not come on the agreed day and did not notify us. In addition, on the morning of that day, Best Buy sent us a reminder of them coming. We called and rescheduled for another day. That went with no problem. After installation we got dust on the stove from the vent above. We called them and they came back and told us that the problem was related to outside wind blowing into the outside vent and not to the microwave installation. At this time, we got a roofer to shield the vent in the roof. It has been only a few days, so we do not know if the fix will work.

Incredible, I had the best team come out for the install. They were able to assess and accommodate quite well. Samsung failed to pack the sizing guide. And, they didn’t include a users guide. The install team demonstrated the basics and I was set, they also helped me with finding the manual online. And, because they had encountered problems like these prior they were able to adjust and were innovative and able to work all things out for me. Thank-you

The guys that came to install were perfect. They did the job in a couple minutes and cleaned up when they were done.

I was amazed at the ease with which my new microwave was installed above my range. The Installer had to modify the installation to make it fit perfectly in place, and he did a wonderful job.

The installation didn’t take more than 15 mins. By the time we realize, they had completed the installation. One issue I had was that the installer did not explain the operations to us but we could set up on our on.
