When installing our microwave, 3 men showed up. They were fast in uninstalling our old and replacing it with our new. I expected a noisy, messy area, however I couldn't even tell they were working. Quiet and peaceful.

The 2 gentleman that did the install were skilled and did the job (much as they could) perfectly. However they could not complete the job due to the sales person not ordering the filler plates even though all that was discussed during time of purchase so the install could not be completed. Not the fault of the install team. They were kind and caring.

We recently purchased an Over the Range Microwave and had it installed. The guys that came out were extremely nice, very cautious regarding the virus and extremely professional.

They are also professional & nice. Does a wonderful job installing everything!

This is the second appliance I've had Geek Squad install in the past year, and the guys I've had both times are great! They get right to work, have everything they need to install, clean up after themselves, and they are *quick!*

Team arrived on time and installed the microwave quickly and professionally. Connected vent to existing outside vent pipe. Showed us how to use the microwave and clean the vent.

This LG 1.8 Cubic Ft over the Range smart microwave complements the Range we just purchased very well. This microwave works as expected and also very efficient. I do luck the short cuts that are preprogrammed in the Unit.

The guys that delivered and Installed my microwave, range and dishwasher were professional, courteous and did a good job. Would definitely buy from Best Buy again.

Fits perfectly above our stove. Fan is kind of loud. Microwave is very powerful. Haven't had to heat anything over a minute. It's a good microwave.
