This microwave is great! Does everything… micro, convection, airfry and steam cook! Have more counter space…highly recommend.

I purchased the microwave to match the three other new stainless steel units in my kitchen. I have only had it two weeks.It looks great and is super easy to use.Extra shelf makes for convenience in preparing more than one item.

Most all appliances are installed for free. Microwave install is $119.99. Kind of expensive when the microwave only costs $169.99. But, there is a lot more to do as compared to other appliances. Plus, they did a great job.

The installation crew was very good and very helpful. The best install we have had with a Best Buy applicance. However, the fan is very loud. Is this normal or can someone look at this?

The guys from Best Buy that came to do our installation were Great. It was obvious they knew what they were doing from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys and Best Buy's service.

The installation was perfect. They arrived on time, wore masks and gloves and were very professional. They were very courteous and did a thorough job of cleaning up when they were done.

Microwave looks amazing and now one of my favorite appliances. Just be prepared to constantly clean the door. My only issue was finding replacement filters.
