This installation went very smoothly. Technician arrived as scheduled, and finished the removal and installation inside of an hour.

Right the first time, is the technicians mantra which they follow religiously. Frankie and his lead arrived at my door, announced themselves and told me what they were at my house to do and what I could expect. No do overs! They were not bragging, they planned to be thorough and they followed through! Excellent experience.

I removed the old microwave and based on model and dimensions purchased the new microwave on-line. The replacement unit (same dimensions & model) should have been extremely easy to install over the range. I would have installed it myself, but didn't want to deal with it, any undocumented or weird installation issues and left it to the pros. I believe my wife said they there and gone in less than 30 minutes.

This roomy microwave has the added feature of a shelf which allows space for heating more than one item at a time. It operates so quietly, you'll find yourself "making sure it's on" the first couple days!
