The two installers were very efficient. They had my new microwave installed, tested and ready to use in a very short length of time. They cleaned up very thoroughly and left nothing behind. Very good experience.

This idea of placing the microwave with a brace over the stove is great. It is now in a place all of its own without taking up space on my counter. The process took very little to install. Very sturdy.

Installation was ahead of schedule. Team was thorough and courteous. They followed all the current health criteria. They reviewed "how to" instructions.

We didn't have an outlet behind the microwave. Installers were able to set it up so we could run cord out the side. With a a short extension cord it looks and works great.

Excellent service, quality products and competitive prices! The crew was so professional, they didn't wander, cleaned up - even vacuumed up the little bit of sawdust that fell from the cabinet. Such a difference from the fighting duo delivery team from Homedepot back in September. That delivery was a nightmare and quite frightening, they were fighting on my front lawn, one walked off and then the other barged back inside, walked all around my house, and refused to leave. I should have bought my stove here instead and will be purchasing any future appliances at Best Buy.

Love it! The last one I had lasted 13 years, the microwave still worked, the door sensor went out. Real nice look, hope this one last long is the other one did.

2 very nice installers came and superbly installed my microwave. They came a little later than expected, but it was a good experience.

As noted for the dishwasher, also well installed. Also took the time to give a quick explanation of the instructions for those than are manual deficient.

I didn’t want to attempt to install the microwave myself, as it was heavy and in a small kitchen. It was well worth spending the money for the installation as the installers were quick and professional.
