Had two order a second because of damage. The first team did not know how to install. Left in in wrong. The second team recognized the problem and installed it properly.

The gentleman arrived right on time to install my microwave. Once out of the box, he noticed that a small corner of my microware had a scratch. I had to look hard to see it, but he noticed the imperfection. He installed the microwave, but arranged for a replacement to be installed before he even left the house. 2 days later, a replacement showed up and was installed. Their standards for quality and service were beyond what I expected. They assumed all of the leg work to not only install, but secure a replacement and schedule a time for it to be installed.

The installation was kind of complex as they had to take out the old microwave and install new brackets and switch the fan output around. They did an excellent job with no collateral damage.

The Geek squad did a careful job in removing the LG microwave and installing the Whirlpool microwave. The latter is much quieter and more efficient.

The Samsung slim line microwave saves space. We generally do not use the microwave very often as a rule, but have found ourselves using this one quite often. The menu buttons are easy to understand and it has a bell to let you know if you have left something in it. Sometimes in the mornings with our previous microwave we would reheat our coffee and forget it was in the microwave, with this microwave that's not a problem, because the bell reminds you it is there. Great appliance!
