The crew arrived on time. They explained what they were going to do and then did it quickly. They went over operating instructions and cleaned up and thanked me.

The installers did a great job of measuring to make sure the microwave fit and then installed the microwave in a very competent manner. They made sure to test the set up to insure it was working as intended.

I received this while I had total tech, and so it was "free" and so at the time a great service since it wasn't an out of pocket cost. Installing microwaves is a pain so to me worth it even if you have to pay. That said my installers took my owners/operating manuals with them. While I can access them online I shouldn't have to. So I am dinging the service for that reason.

Excellent service and install in 1/2 hour, didn't waste time and knew what they were doing. Sales staff was also very helpful.

Love the oven. It is a regular oven with conventional over and air fryer all in one. Love the 5 burners one of which is a warmer. Looks great too.
