The workers installed the microwave quickly and efficiently.

The install individuals were very nice and installed the microwave in under 20 minutes. A screw however is missing from the bottom of the microwave where a door (maybe fan door) is located and I believe the install people knew this because they swept my floor, but not very well and left the dirt lying even though they had a dust pan - I think they were looking for the screw and that a broom helped them to look under areas. I am trying to find another screw as a replacement because it isn't worth it to have someone come out or call Best Buy.

The microwave is very easy to use. Love the panel across the bottom of the unit. Had a problem with the first unit-the turntable wasn't working properly but it was exchanged for a perfectly working unit.
