Microwave is very good

Happy with installation microwave

LED lamp color is not good, otherwise love it.

The convection oven is great for warming items like left over pizza that does not reheat as well using microwave heating. Disappointed that built-in LED is a 5000 Kelvin (very white light) instead of a 3000 Kelvin (warm white) color. The very white light stands out like a sore thumb in the kitchen when it is on. Also it is not the best color rendering lamp in home.

The first microwave came damaged in the box, which I am certain was NOT the fault of Best Buy. The serviceman promptly reboxed it, took it back with him and came back asap with a new, undamaged unit. Very friendly and helpful service.
