Lightning Fast Installation!

Good Product - Shorty Install

After 4 days I called and found that the replacement order never was placed. New microwave order. Needed an uninstall/reinstall. Sat home all day waiting for that. They showed up with a new microwave but were delivery guys only. Had to go to the store to get things sorted out. Made a new appt. wife sat home all day waiting. Guy showed up, couldn’t get old microwave down. Went to home depot for tools (4 miles away). Showed up two hours later. Terrible experience. Product is fine, installation is questionable (if you live in genesee county).

Microwave installation by Best Buy Technician

Technician arrived at the exact time I selected. Work was done professionally and surprisingly quickly. He even explained how many of the features worked and we testes it out to make sure everything worked right. I would recommend their installation service any time. He even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Suggested we save the box in case there was any issues with the operation of the item. None have cropped up in the three weeks since it arrived.
