Fast and friendly company installed our new microwave

The installers were on time, efficient , pleasant and tidy. They removed the old unit and installed the new one and in less than one hour. They were obviously very experienced.

Installation was smooth, the installation team were installing 3 appliances.

Installer was superb, offered great advice and installed in a very short amount of time!

Installation of over-the-range microwave oven by Lone Star was efficient and seamless. They gave ample information on their ETA and arrived on time. The 2 installers were professional and methodical. They removed and replaced the microwave oven in a short amount of time.

Communication and reminders were perfect. Technician arrived at the exact time I selected. Work was done professionally and surprisingly quickly. He even explained how many of the features worked and we testes it out to make sure everything worked right. I would recommend their installation service any time. He even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Suggested we save the box in case there was any issues with the operation of the item. None have cropped up in the three weeks since it arrived.

Best Buys service and product was excellent. I will be buying a lot more from Best Buy after the service I received.

Very pleased with the New Frigidare Range, with confection oven. Kitchen looks absolutely beautiful with the Gallery Appliances throughout the kitchen., Very commercial looking appliances.

The first install was poor, The installed a damaged microwave and damaged a brand new cabinet. When they installed the replacement microwave, it went fine. But the whole thing forced me to have to take off additional time for the 2nd install.

I use this service because I am not a handyman so I leave it to the professionals. They do a great job on the installs all the time.

We have had Geek squad for a couple of recent installations, and each time the agent has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are clean, quick and aim to please!
