The Best Buy technicians did a great job and were very courteous.

The people who installed the microwave were the most considerate and respectful people. I would strongly recommend them . Microwave is a great choice for us. Victoria and her team were very helpful and understanding. Love them. You’ll love them too.

efficient, quick install. the only advice i'd have is to ask a best buy in home consultant to check the quality of your current kitchen cabinets, since if they're old and of bad quality (like my particle board ones from the 70's), they might not be sure enough long term to safely hold the newer bigger OTR microwaves. (I reinstalled the microwave myself after putting plywood in the cabinet for a sturdier mount, at the advice of the Best Buy installer)

I bought a microwave online and set up an appointment to have it installed. No where did it say an outlet above the oven was needed. So when they came out to install it I was then told this information is not online but should be. So I had to get an electrician to come and install an outlet then reschedule the install. Once they came back it went well, but a week later Best Buy was blowing up my phone asking me if this was done and if I had the microwave?? I called them back after work and informed them yes it was installed and they brought the microwave to do so.

Fantasticorical" love the stove went to the store to buy it baby brother and we'll. My wife and a rep of the store came and I was sold. Great build all the bells and whistles, could not ask for a better baby.
