Guys were great ! Didnt make a mess and did what they needed to do efficiently.

Team showed up on time, super professional, laid down mat on top of my range, vacuumed and cleaned along the way after install, also tested and wiped down new microwave, and took old microwave and all the packaging out in one stop!

I'm sure you are surprised by the title of my review vs the stars given. The various installers that came out were excellent, however, it took just about 5 tries for them to bring a microwave that wasn't damaged. The last time, the installer, who knew the history and who had come one of the previous times, checked the microwave before leaving the warehouse. It, in fact, was also damage but luckily they had another in the warehouse. I would recommend the installers but would insist that they check the appliance before coming to install.

Very pleased with installation of our microwave oven over our brand new stove. They did a nice job.

Scheduled and showed up when they were supposed to and removed my old microwave and installed the new one quickly with no issues for about $100. All good.

My cabinet was like swiss cheese from prior microwaves and they were able to install it quickly with no problems and still have it securely and safely in place.

Guys came in, did what they had to do in less than 15 minutes and off they went.

Quick installation. A little confusion on the removal of old microwave but otherwise seamless installation.

Team were on time and had all tools they need. They have installed also a new outlets for the new overhead microwave.

The installer for the over range microwave arrived on time and was very professional. However there was an accident and my stovetop was cracked. It did not appear to be carelessness on the part of the installer but would have been better if there had been two people. Best Buy filed a claim and within two weeks I had a check for the damage. It's how the company handles an incident when things go wrong that count and I was pleased with the experience.
