After trying to install my over the range myself, I decided it better to call a professional. On time, cleaned up after themselves. Definitely worth it

The installers went the extra mile to get my microwave oven installed. There was an unanticipated problem removing the old microwave. The installer put in a lot of effort unscrewing the old mounting bits which were stripped. I was afraid that he might give up. Much to my relief, he continued to work the screw with a variety of tools until it finally got loose.

Best Buy kept me notified via email of the impending installation appointment. Nice. Bill also called the day before as a reminder and confirmation. He also expressed what concerns he MIGHT have with the installation as the microwave was larger than the one he was replacing. This was nice to know so there wouldn't be any surprises or disappointments when the new microwave arrived. The installation went very smoothly and Bill was very careful with measurements, etc. to assure complete success. Thanks Bill...great job !!!!
