The technicians arrived and within minutes had my old microwave removed and on its way back to their truck. The quickly drilled holes in my cabinet and had my new microwave installed and ready to go. The lead technician then had me microwave a cup of water to make sure it worked. I appreciated this as it gave me piece of mind. Has been working great ever since.

The husband and wife install team were really on their game, they were quick and the install was very clean. They were very respectful to area around the install, We liked their work so much that we requested them specifically to install the rest of our appliance purchases.

I am battling stage 4 cancer and many household activities are very strenuous so I decided to purchase your installation option with my microwave. The installers charged a little more than I anticipated because of the difficulties they encountered. I was fine with this. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Carlos was one of the installers and if I could rate him with a grade higher than 10 I would. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they would be welcome in my house at any time. They had a difficult job yet they took time to explain everything. I rarely, if ever, write reviews but I did not want to let this opportunity pass. 5 stars for every aspect of the installation.

The two men who delivered and installed out Microwave were excellent. They took out our old Microwave, installed the new one, and hauled away the old one. They were great workers and were in and out in a very short amount of time. They told us what we needed to know about the new Microwave, asked if we had any questions. They were very helpful. Definitely 5 stars.

We utilized Best Buy's installation service, and it was surprisingly quick after purchase of the microwave over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The service was excellent. This included notifications prior to arrival, and quick installation and haul away of the old microwave once installation was complete.

This is my second Whirlpool microwave oven and it looks great and like the size and features too.

I originally bought my Microwave from Samsung directly online. They use XPO Logistics in Portland, OR to install. They came out 2 times and 1 ruined microwave later. I got ahold of Samsung and they sent out a replacement microwave as the damage XPO Logistics used was unfixable. I was searching all over for someone to come out and install microwave. Stumbled upon Best Buy, hoping they didn’t use same contractor I bought this microwave installation for a microwave I didn’t buy through Best Buy. Best decision I’ve made. Best Buy’s 3rd party contractor they sent out was Mega Bros Logistics Inc. They called me 30 minutes prior. I’d apologized for any problems the previous logistics company caused for their installation. They couldn’t believe what mess was created, with holes being drilled incorrectly and to large. They had the mess cleaned up within 20 minutes and they asked if I needed help with anything else. Don’t hesitate to buy this installation, especially if you’re looking for a microwave installation service in the Portland, OR metro area. Thank you Best Buy and Mega Bros Logistics. 110% satisfied.

Later, after I went through the install instructions myself, I noticed that the two Best Buy Associates that did the install, cut a few corners. Basically, it looked like it was so they could get it done quicker. The microwave was still installed correctly though. And I'm still going to give them 5 stars because I know all too well how it is. How many installs they do probably has a lot to do with how much money they make. And when working in a middle-class job like that, most people are living down to the last dollar to their name every week. So technically, survival is at stake almost every single day...

The technicians who installed our microwave did a great job. We thought it was a little expensive- until we saw how complicated the job was. They were in and out in a short time, successfully removed the old microwave and installed the new one. They checked to see if it worked, then made sure we knew how to use it as well. They also were able to install it an hour ahead of their scheduled time (they called first to make sue we were available). Well done, Geek Squad!

I had no idea that Best Buy had installation people to install things not purchased through them. I bought a microwave from work because it was an older model but new so the price was great. However, I needed an installer and the person Best Buy sent out was excellent. I could not be happier. He was very quick and I was impressed he was able to do it alone. I will definitely see if Best Buy has options should I look for some other service in the future.

Had multiple delays in scheduling during the Covid-19 crisis, but it was worth the wait. Guys who came for the install kept me informed of their arrival time & even came a bit earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Upon arrival they were quick & professional & were done in pretty much 20 minutes. Was very pleased to finally have a microwave back in our kitchen. Thank you!

this microwave fits perfect in the area over my store. so far it works extremely well. and it matches the stove.

EXCELLENT service and HIGHLY professional work regarding our recent purchase and installation in our home. Installers were early [they called to confirm, again--very professional] and finished their work quickly--they cleaned up [!] after themselves. I had a great experience with the Best Buy installation team for my over-the-range microwave. I was especially impressed with how professional and detail-oriented the installers were. I wanted the microwave to sit flush with the cabinet doors, and although the manufacturer's template and specs were slightly off, the team went above and beyond to make it work. They carefully added shims to align everything perfectly, resulting in a clean, built-in look that exceeded my expectations. They also noticed that the vent setup required a different part than what I had and clearly explained what was needed, offering helpful advice rather than just doing a quick install and leaving. The team took care to protect my property throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very satisfied with both the end result and the quality of the service. Highly recommend!
