The installer that put in my over the range microwave oven was very efficient and worked very quickly. He explained the many features to us.

Looks great after the install. The installer, however, did not seal the vent pipe in the cabinet above and it was whistling because it was sucking in cabinet air. I sealed it with aluminum duck tape and all is well.

This is the second appliance purchase from Best Buy. We have had a great experiece both times. This purchase included a slide-in stove and over-the-range microwave installation. Installers were on time, very professional and took great care with cleanliness. There was a small issue with our backsplash that was in the way of the wall bracket of the microwave. The installer solved the problem very quickly by installing shims to protect the backsplash. Very appreciative of his skills! Highly recommend!!!

The install of the Whirlpool Microwave was done quickly and easily.

Had to replace the first one delivered, it was missing a piece and had a dent on the door. The second one came perfect and works like a charm
