I'm the type who not only installs my own appliances, I often repair them as well. Why hire Geek Squad? I'm 13 years older than the last time I installed a microwave. Our back splash is made up of hand made tiles that cannot be replaced. I needed more help than I could muster from the neighborhood. The installers did a great job and even knew to change the fan position to vent to the outside. I might not have remembered. I'd use them again. They also took time to explain all the new features our purchased had over the dead one they were removing.

Nice over the range microwave. Love the color. Be sure to get everything in writing and have it with you when they come to install anything. I ended up paying out of pocket to have them install microwave or leave my kitchen a mess and find an electrician after everything was out of box. I’m still trying to get in touch with our sales rep to get some type of reimbursement. to come in and move a wire.
