My Total Tech membership was really helpful with this purchase; I have encouraged our daughter to check Best Buy out since they are planning on getting a microwave oven right away. The microwave has just what we were looking for as far as abilities are concerned.

They also pointed out some very minor damage to the back of the microwave that would not impact performance nor was it visable once installed and notified Best Buy who offered to replace or a gift card to compensate.

Best Buy Installed my new Samsung Microwave
