Installation went well and in a timely manner. After installed the installer noticed that the microwave was dented. He made a notation on order that it was now a loaner and ordered me a replacement. I got my replacement in 10 days, installed and all was good. There is a charge to dispose of old microwaves but I asked them to put it in my car and I donated it. No charge. Got to get a deal somehow.

HE TAKES THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL OF MY MANY CONCERNS/QUESTIONS. IT'S EASY TO BECOME APPREHENSIVE WHEN A DELIVERY COMES BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT SURE IF SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR THINGS/HOME IS COMING INTO YOUR HOME. I WANT MIKE BACK EVERY TIME I HAVE AN APPLIANCE REMOVED/INSTALLED! HE PUTS ME AT EASE AND I ACTUALLY ENJOY THE INSTALLATION PROCESS BECAUSE HE'S SO GREAT!!
