Mondo and Chad deserve a 12 out of 10. They were polite, professional, and very competent. They protected our space, cleaned up thoroughly, and went above and beyond to show us how to use all 4 of the appliances we purchased. If I owned a business, I would hire them! They demontrated an outstanding work ethic as well as exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.

We utilized Best Buy's installation service, and it was surprisingly quick after purchase of the microwave over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The service was excellent. This included notifications prior to arrival, and quick installation and haul away of the old microwave once installation was complete.

One removed microwave while other one unpacked box of new one. The new microwave was installed very quickly. Both were very courteous and removed old microwave and all the box materials.

I originally bought my Microwave from Samsung directly online. They use XPO Logistics in Portland, OR to install. They came out 2 times and 1 ruined microwave later. I got ahold of Samsung and they sent out a replacement microwave as the damage XPO Logistics used was unfixable. I was searching all over for someone to come out and install microwave. Stumbled upon Best Buy, hoping they didn’t use same contractor I bought this microwave installation for a microwave I didn’t buy through Best Buy. Best decision I’ve made. Best Buy’s 3rd party contractor they sent out was Mega Bros Logistics Inc. They called me 30 minutes prior. I’d apologized for any problems the previous logistics company caused for their installation. They couldn’t believe what mess was created, with holes being drilled incorrectly and to large. They had the mess cleaned up within 20 minutes and they asked if I needed help with anything else. Don’t hesitate to buy this installation, especially if you’re looking for a microwave installation service in the Portland, OR metro area. Thank you Best Buy and Mega Bros Logistics. 110% satisfied.

Great microwave which multiple different warming options. This was a huge upgrade for us. We love the sleek look with no handle that sticks out and all the options it has!

This is my second Whirlpool microwave oven and it looks great and like the size and features too.

The technicians who installed our microwave did a great job. We thought it was a little expensive- until we saw how complicated the job was. They were in and out in a short time, successfully removed the old microwave and installed the new one. They checked to see if it worked, then made sure we knew how to use it as well. They also were able to install it an hour ahead of their scheduled time (they called first to make sue we were available). Well done, Geek Squad!

I had no idea that Best Buy had installation people to install things not purchased through them. I bought a microwave from work because it was an older model but new so the price was great. However, I needed an installer and the person Best Buy sent out was excellent. I could not be happier. He was very quick and I was impressed he was able to do it alone. I will definitely see if Best Buy has options should I look for some other service in the future.

Great product. It works well looks good.It's easy to understand and work. Cook shoot exactly as you programmed. Match is verywell with decor.

Installation was fast. The team of Jose and wife were really good. They came in opened the box set the microwave up, took down the old one, installed the new one, checked it out and cleaned up. It was probably less than 15 minutes. They were fantastic. The microwave could use light for cook settings.

Had multiple delays in scheduling during the Covid-19 crisis, but it was worth the wait. Guys who came for the install kept me informed of their arrival time & even came a bit earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Upon arrival they were quick & professional & were done in pretty much 20 minutes. Was very pleased to finally have a microwave back in our kitchen. Thank you!

The third contracted workers did a good job. The followup phone call by the third party company for any issues after the installation was unexpected and important.

this microwave fits perfect in the area over my store. so far it works extremely well. and it matches the stove.

The installation of the microwave with air fryer was good, the air fryer side cooking wings was not as good as our countertop unit is and may need some more experience to do better. Overall we love the look and operation
