The microwave is easy to use, cooks well and quietly and looks great. A great buy and kudos to Best Buy's installers. Removed the old and put in the new in 20 minutes.

The microwave is fine. It is a good size, efficient and easy to use. The Customer Service end getting it installed was another story altogether. The star ratings below reflect on the poor customer support we received, not the unit, which is fine.

Two guys showed up on time with all the necessary parts and did an excellent job installing the new microwave. They were clean and courteous and were finished in less than 90 minutes.

This microwave does what it was meant to do. IT WORKS WELL!! A couple of features that I have made really good use of is the "soften" feature. I use it to lightly soften butter and ice cream. It's an amazing feature. I bought this microwave because it just fit into my exact space. Some others were too small or too big.

I was very happy with my BestBuy microwave installation! The installers communicated clearly before arriving, were friendly, very quick and clearly experienced. They also cleaned up after themselves and were careful not to damage other appliances/cabinets; I never felt any concern in that regard, and didn't have to clear out anything more than the actual cabinet they were working on.

At first I was very nervous on your 3rd party contractor as I was not getting a call back. Contacted Pacific Home in Best Buy and they were able to schedule an appointment. Still nervous as the number provided only accepted voice mail with no responses. Since no contact number and no idea of contractor name, I was very nervous about this installation. Day before service, received a call saying they were coming. I wanted to provide information on parking issues and loading dock area. I don't think this info was provided to the service reps. On day of service, I was still very nervous on what level of service I would receive and experience of installers. After about 10 minutes, I felt more comfortable that repair team understood our needs. They kept us in the loop on all decisions needed for the installations. They kept answering my multitude of questions with calm and patience. My questions may have made them spend extra time on installation, but they never complained. You should let Christen (sp) and Jason (sp) know they did great on installation.

Best Buy installed my new microwave and had it done in 10 minutes including the removal of the old microwave. They took the old one out with care (so I could give it to a friend) and had the new one in FAST. They had to do some jiggling around to get it just right. I'm a fairly capable handy-man, but this duo was awesomely fast. They saved me probably 2 hours! I highly recommend the install service!

The installer from Best Get Installations was fast, friendly, and efficient, and a delight to chat with. Everything went smoothly even though he had to work alone. His partner had phoned in sick that day.

The team arrived at the scheduled appointment time ready to remove the old unit and install the new one. They were quick, knew exactly what they were doing and were done very quickly. they were neat , professional and a pleasure to work with.

Installers early and professional - they were done so quickly and worked around a stove that had been used - we came up with a creative workaround and they were so nice and careful with my things!

The guys were professional and friendly. They covered my stove to prevent damage to it while they were installing the microwave. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves.

Installation was fast. The team of Jose and wife were really good. They came in opened the box set the microwave up, took down the old one, installed the new one, checked it out and cleaned up. It was probably less than 15 minutes. They were fantastic. The microwave could use light for cook settings.

The install was flawless. The 2 gentlemen that came & did the install were awesome. They were in & out in no time. Worked together to get it installed in about 30 minutes.
