This installation took three attempts by technician who was very picky and impatient. First time he said he cannot install because we did not take down the old microwave and left. Next time after we took down microwave he came a week later after scheduling and he said he cannot do anything because we needed to have a wooden piece installed at bottom of cabinet to mount the microwave on. I agreed but he offered no help to recommend anything. Had a few handymen and they wanted to charge a lot fir a simple fix. Finally I did it myself and cost me nothing using a strong hardwood piece. We scheduled a third install attempt with the same guy geek. He had bad attitude. He had a great anger problem too. Very intimidating and he blamed me for all the hiccups he had installing it. He did not get it right at the end for one side has more gap than the other. Acting so angrily every minute he was here. I told him about the gap issue and of course his attitude is frightening and blamed it on the cabinet for that!! He even blamed me for the installation took too much time!!! Worst experience we ever had with any installer. Very argumentative. I hope Best Buy let him go, he brings a bad reputation to his employer.

Couldn't have been better service. We were notified when he was arriving and he arrived as he said he would. Our micro was installed quickly, cleanup was great and our installer couldn't have been better! We appreciate both his professionalism and quick installation and making sure everything worked before he left. Thank you!

Fit the space and cabinet well. works great. Delivery and installation was excellent.

The installer had to drill a few new holes to make this microwave fit in the space, but he knew exactly what he was doing!

My microwav3 installation required special attention. I removed an 30 year old over/ under range microwave, which was a s8ngle unit and it required a new electric outlet and support bracket. The salesperson was useless, had no idea, even though we showed her a pic and described the situation. The installation service new the issues, and although it took another two weeks took care if the issues for a modest cist.

Installer did a wonderful job. I would recommend the installer.

The installation team did a good job. They worked fast and efficiently. They encountered a slight obstacle (the template didn't work for exact location of the bolts that secured the over-the-range microwave unit, but eventually they adjusted the holes sufficiently to complete the installation.

Love the color and works as needed. Buttons could be more responsive.

Overall the scheduling service and post-install escalation was not bad though a bit hard to reach on the phone. The problem I'm having is that my microwave manual says that there is a blower fan unit inside the microwave that need to be flipped if installing over the range. By default, this LG microwave comes assembled for venting into the room, not up into the roof. I do not think the installer did this and i didnt notice the problem until I read the manual. The air suction seems like hardly anything, so it makes me wonder if it was installed properly. I called back to ask to talk to my installer to ask how he did it but no response back.
