This microwave has many, many function options and a sensible, uncomplicated way to identify and select them. It's quiet, heats things uniformly, does whatever you want a microwave to do. Seems very solid and sturdy. Also nice-looking.

While i dont remember the installers name (i believe it was Jason) but he was very professional, fast and didnt leave a mess. He did a great job installing it.

Mondo and Chad deserve a 12 out of 10. They were polite, professional, and very competent. They protected our space, cleaned up thoroughly, and went above and beyond to show us how to use all 4 of the appliances we purchased. If I owned a business, I would hire them! They demontrated an outstanding work ethic as well as exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.

Installation was seemless. Very profession installers. They knew what they were doing and were friendly and efficient. They offered my a discount on total tech protection for this install so I saved money too

The installation was great. Installers were efficient and very courteous!! They did their job unfortunately the microwave did not work at all. They called to let customer service know that the microwave did not work.

Team was awesome. First guy ‘Derrick’ came and diagnosed that a two-person team was needed. He was super professional. The team came a few days later and we done in no time. Looks great, works great.

Great installation process of my OTR microwave oven. The installer was on time, friendly, and professional. He worked fast but efficient. Took 20 minutes to install, including removal of my old microwave.

Excellent microwave/air fryer/convection oven. It just feels like a quality build. One problem I have is that the viewing window is smaller and higher up on the door than on the microwave that it replaced so it's hard to view the food that is in the oven without standing on your toes or in my daughter's case a foot stool. I plan on lowering the cabinet above the range to correct this. Mine was a quick and easy replacement.

Best Buy crews are excellent. Install was perfect, tech was tidy and professional. Left work area clean, removed old unit and even wiped the front and controls!

The above range microwave installation, on March 12, was done very well, professionally, keeping area protected, then cleaned up beautifully. The team called 30 min prior to arriving, arriving on time, and were very courteous/polite.

The installation team called to say when they would arrive and arrived in the tie window scheduled. They were both courteous and professional. They demonstrated their proficiency by working as a well-experienced team disconnecting the old microwave and installing the new one. They schooled my wife in sing the new one and hauled away the old one plus removed all packing. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend them

The two guys who installed our new microwave were fast and efficient. No problems at all. The nicest part was that installation is free because I have the Best Buy Totaltech plan.

It’s a microwave. It heats the food but it does seem a little noisy compared to our previous one. Looks good and fit where our old one was.

Great install on my Samsung over the range microwave . On time and install and haul away took approximately 40 -45 minutes . The Samsung sensor microwave is amazing . Love the sensor cooking /reheating . Fans are quiet . Great size . Terrific microwave
