The two installers worked efficiently and cleanly to remove the old microwave and install the new one in just 50 minutes. Very pleased with the job done.

I was very happy with my BestBuy microwave installation! The installers communicated clearly before arriving, were friendly, very quick and clearly experienced. They also cleaned up after themselves and were careful not to damage other appliances/cabinets; I never felt any concern in that regard, and didn't have to clear out anything more than the actual cabinet they were working on.

Best Buy installed my new microwave and had it done in 10 minutes including the removal of the old microwave. They took the old one out with care (so I could give it to a friend) and had the new one in FAST. They had to do some jiggling around to get it just right. I'm a fairly capable handy-man, but this duo was awesomely fast. They saved me probably 2 hours! I highly recommend the install service!

The above range microwave installation, on March 12, was done very well, professionally, keeping area protected, then cleaned up beautifully. The team called 30 min prior to arriving, arriving on time, and were very courteous/polite.

Installation was professional & efficient. The team took out the old microwave and installed the new one. They took time to go over operating the new item and making sure we were satisfied with the installation.

The guys (2) that installed were very polite and friendly. They were in and out within 45 minutes; unpacked, cleaned up and removed all packing materials. Would highly recommend them.

The installer that cam to our home to install our microwave did a fabulous job. He know what to do and the job we done in less then 30 minutes. We will always buy and use BEST BUYS .

The guys listened to me when I told them I had already read the installation instructions to make sure this (forth) time it was done by manufacturer installation instructions. As of now I have had no issues with my product. It seams like these independent crews are not trained or at least read the installation instructions on the different types of makes and models. The crew I had for my microwave installation this time were very professional and also listened. My stove installers were a joke and had no clue of how to even set it up or level the stove. I am still having issues with the burners and oven not burning the correct mixture of gas and air.

The Installers came in knowledgeable, efficient, and took great care of my kitchen. They were polite and worked quickly. A great installation experience!

The item is good and happy with the microwave. We did not try many features with microwave but seems to me good.

The two gentlemen did a great job delivering the Micro/Convection Oven The Removed the old one, installed the new and made sure it worked. Picked up all packing material, except for the new oven wouldn't know they were ever here.

It's great for basic needs. Fits well with existing appliances and cabinets. I like the over the range style. I like that it's connected to the exhaust valve
