Installers came much earlier than scheduled. Installation only took less than 15 minutes. If I had tried to do the installation myself, it probably wouldn't have got well.

The two guys who installed our new microwave were fast and efficient. No problems at all. The nicest part was that installation is free because I have the Best Buy Totaltech plan.

Came on time and tech did call to confirm that they were on the way and did the install fast and carefully.

The sales reps were great… the installation techs were excellent …. And the unit is working as it should ….

Wonderful experience with installation of replacement GE over-the range microwave. The two men were exceptionally polite and pleasant. Our cabinetry had modifications made to access the original microwave (same model, same size) which made the removal and replacement tricky. Even with the problems encountered, the installation was done efficiently and in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend the Best Buy replacement company. (And the ease of getting a replacement under our BestBuy coverage.)

The installer were very professional and did an excellent job of installing the microwave they were very quick and installed the microwave in about ten minutes. It was the fastest install of a microwave I ever seen. Great job goes out to the installation team.

Replacement microwave following Hurricane damage. Slotted straight in to existing fittings. Door is a little flimsy, but works well and overall a good purchase for the price

the two installers Gavin and Nate were excellent. they explained details about the operation of the microwave. they were friendly and courtesy. so far we really like the microwave. door is a little hard to deal with because it is working out very well.

Great install on my Samsung over the range microwave . On time and install and haul away took approximately 40 -45 minutes . The Samsung sensor microwave is amazing . Love the sensor cooking /reheating . Fans are quiet . Great size . Terrific microwave

The range was installed satisfactorily. It fit well in the designated area I chose. It looks great and works very efficiently. Easy to clean off also. I like that it runs without much noise and a deem light inside that gets the job done.

Would definitely use installation services at Best Buy. All installers have been very professional and knew what they were doing. They took care not to damage my stove while installing my new microwave. The microwave works great. The fan is very quiet.

We had the microwave installed at the same time we had our oven installed. The gentlemen who came to install it were polite and professional. The oven and microwave together took less than thirty minutes to install (that includes the removal of the old oven and microwave). They came at the beginning of their expected window and finished quickly. They were very conscious of any potential mess they might make and diligently cleaned up when they finished the install. We have had very good experiences with Best Buy installers.
