All the positive reviews I read about this microwave/convection oven were true. This is a very good appliance that's easy to use, versatile, and looks great. I love his quiet it is and the convection oven is a big plus over the unit I replaced. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Installers arrived on time (contacted me about 45 minutes prior). When they arrived, they were polite and thorough and did a good job on the installation. Took them about 20 minutes to remove the old unit and install the new microwave.

We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased. Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.

I was fortunate to have 2 young courteous men (Kunta and Julio) deliver and install my overhead microwave and electric range on 12-18-20. They called and told me they were on their way and would arrive in 1/2 to 3/4 hour. True to their word they arrived on time - actually a little early. They were extremely organized - Kunta working on the overhead installation while Julio prepped the electric range. They worked efficiently but the quality of work was not sacrificed. They worked well as a team. I appreciated the meticulous care as they worked. They cleaned and picked up after themselves. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Kunta and Julio deserve the highest recommendation. Thank you for the outstanding work and superior job.

It's great for basic needs. Fits well with existing appliances and cabinets. I like the over the range style. I like that it's connected to the exhaust valve

Jeremy and Jason were awesome installers. They texted the night before to give us a 3 hour window for the install. Texted again 30 minutes out. They were friendly and did their job quickly. My autistic child was upset about the new microwave not being the same. It is difficult for others to know how to react when witnessing this. They treated our family with dignity and respect. I appreciate that more than they know. Thank you !

The delivery and installation of my microwave oven was smooth and efficient. The service guys had to drill a new hole in my cabinet to pull the plug through and they did such a wonderful job. They even cleaned up all of the wood shavings and left my countertop spotless. I would highly recommend Best Buy for their installation of appliances. They also installed a new washing machine for me recently and did a great job. I will only buy large appliances from Best Buy in order to avoid other delivery and installation catastrophes from other guys.

Installer was on time, quick and efficient. He did a good job of removing our old microwave and installing the new one. He was careful not to damage our stove or door jams as he removed the old microwave.

Wasn't sure if we needed to have the microwave installed or if could do it ourselves, but was glad they did it. They were friendly and very competent in installing the microwave and what would have taken us a few hours to install they did in a couple of hours. Friendly people.

Best Buy installed this microwave for us last week. It was so easy and painless. The first time I used it I was really blown away. It heats faster in less time than our last one. It has a built in guide so you don't overdue it. Food is cooked evenly and quick. I really like how the round table sticks out so you can easily load your plate. It really looks modern and its the best one we ever had...

The installer were very professional and did an excellent job of installing the microwave they were very quick and installed the microwave in about ten minutes. It was the fastest install of a microwave I ever seen. Great job goes out to the installation team.

Service men were very focused and very mindful of there surroundings. Install was quick and clean, did fine job.

Installations went well: fast, secure, old microwave was taken away and all packaging was disposed of. Total process was about 20 minutes.

So far the microwave has been working properly. I do like some of the quick features. The only problem is with the stainless steel it shows fingerprints easily.

Was please to receive a call from the installation team that they would be at my door in about 10 minutes. They came in, had everything they needed and made the installation of my over the stove microwave/convection oven. They tested the unit, reminded me it could be exchanged if not what I wanted and thoroughly cleaned up the work site. Super pleased!
