This review is for installation of my microwave oven. The existing one was slightly shorter than the new one (by 1/8") and would have needed tile cut to fit. The installer knew what to do, using some spare tile for spacers and he had the new oven working in no time. Well worth the installation cost.

Purchased the product and added delivery and installation, which cost nearly as much as the oven. Date was set and confirmed the evening before. At the appointed time- no microwave. Attempted to call to find out what happened. Each call resulted in a lengthy wait on hold, multiple transfers, and ultimately being disconnected, the last time because, after two hours of our efforts, they were closed. The next day, multiple calls resulted in a series of rude people telling us they couldn’t help us. We finally talked to a young man who was helpful and assured us we would not be charged for delivery due to the error. He explained BestBuy does not actually do the delivery, but an independent contractor would do it, not in the 4 hour window given, but sometime in the next 3-5 days. At that time, no one knew where the product was other than “out for delivery”. Eventually, a new delivery date was set, two weeks after the original, and the oven was installed by The Geek Squad (whom we had been told previously, multiple times, could not do that). We have received no follow up, no further explanation, and, of course my delivery charge has not been refunded. Attempts to contact anyone in regards to our experience have been fruitless.

THE LAST INSTALLERS SENT TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED MICROWAVE WERE TERRIFIC!!! EXTREAMLY KNOWLEDGABLE, PERSONOABLE AND PROFESSIONAL!!! I WOULD RECOMENT THESE TWO INSTALLERS TO EVERYONE!!!
