We went to the store to see the various microwaves, then went home to read more reviews and select the one we wanted. I liked that I could then order it online and schedule it for Delivery and Installation all at the same time, even picking out the delivery date and time window. My appointment was confirmed in advance. Our installer Mike was prompt, right at the beginning of my delivery window, and he was quick and efficient, completing the install in just over a half hour. He was attentive to detail, using a level and being sure to center it in the opening so the space on both sides was even. And he was also careful of my kitchen and even had a shop vac to clean up after he was done. When he left, I had no additional cleaning to do and was able to use the new microwave right away to make lunch. This was one of the best installation experiences I have ever had. I am very happy with all aspects of this order. Mike's work is definitely worth five stars!

The technicians did an excellent and quick job of installing this over the range microwave, and even set the clock for me. They hauled away the old non-functioning unit.

It’s a microwave. It heats the food but it does seem a little noisy compared to our previous one. Looks good and fit where our old one was.

This microwave has many, many function options and a sensible, uncomplicated way to identify and select them. It's quiet, heats things uniformly, does whatever you want a microwave to do. Seems very solid and sturdy. Also nice-looking.

Wonderful experience with installation of replacement GE over-the range microwave. The two men were exceptionally polite and pleasant. Our cabinetry had modifications made to access the original microwave (same model, same size) which made the removal and replacement tricky. Even with the problems encountered, the installation was done efficiently and in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend the Best Buy replacement company. (And the ease of getting a replacement under our BestBuy coverage.)
