All the positive reviews I read about this microwave/convection oven were true. This is a very good appliance that's easy to use, versatile, and looks great. I love his quiet it is and the convection oven is a big plus over the unit I replaced. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Best installers ever! Super fast but neat and perfectly done. Very pleasant demeanor friendly but professional. If I could, I would always recommend these installers.

There were 3 people for one Microwave. They were really nice, but didn't notice that when they installed it, it was not level. I didn't really notice until they were already gone. The back was higher than the front. It's something that I can not unsee. Again, they were very nice, however would have liked to see a bit more attention to detail.

We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased. Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.

Good work and fast too. No sooner was the installer at my house then he was done.. Looks great and I couldn't be happier!

So far the microwave has been working properly. I do like some of the quick features. The only problem is with the stainless steel it shows fingerprints easily.

This item does it all, looks sleek and does the work of multiple appliances, while lighting the stovetop and venting. Wonderful.

Wasn't sure if we needed to have the microwave installed or if could do it ourselves, but was glad they did it. They were friendly and very competent in installing the microwave and what would have taken us a few hours to install they did in a couple of hours. Friendly people.

2 techs came on time; brought new unit in; uninstalled old unit and placed at the curb per my instructions (for pick up next day). Installed new unit; tested it; set time; demonstrated it to me and we were all set.

The 2 man ream installed my Microwave very fast. I was happily surprised. Very professional.

this was an under cabinet installation. They did a wonderful job. On time and removed old microwave and finished the job quickly.

I really enjoyed the service I’ve received from Ronnie. He unmounted my old microwave, and mounted a new one very professionally and in a timely manner. I had a tile and granite in my kitchen (because of that no-one from Home Depot or RXO were not able to install anything), but Ronnie got all the tools and skills to do the installation. Thank you very much!
