Install date was set for 2 weeks after purchase. Day of install company canceled. Tried to make new apt but earliest apt was 2 weeks out. Not happy and dept mgr contacted me to explain that the install company flaked. Second install company 2 weeks later was excellent.

Mr. Julio and Mr. Marco were both very polite, respectful and with a good sense of humor. They made sure the equipment was in working order and cleaned up after themselves. Good experience!

They wore no masks!

I even went to get my mask once I realized they did not come in with masks and they still did not put on any masks.
