These guys are amazing! They had my old microwave taken down and cleaned up the area for the new one and had it installed so quickly. It looks amazing and they did a very professional job.

Totally painless and will always choose Best Buy’s in house deliver and install team. Experience with Home Depot was horrible because they use third party companies and refuse to take responsibility for their delays and lack of communication

The delivery and installation of my microwave oven was smooth and efficient. The service guys had to drill a new hole in my cabinet to pull the plug through and they did such a wonderful job. They even cleaned up all of the wood shavings and left my countertop spotless. I would highly recommend Best Buy for their installation of appliances. They also installed a new washing machine for me recently and did a great job. I will only buy large appliances from Best Buy in order to avoid other delivery and installation catastrophes from other guys.

Our microwave installation was flawless and exceptional.

My over-the-range Microwave was quickly and efficiently put in place by the Best Buy team!! The delivery and set-up from Best Buy is perfect, and I always know the job is done correctly!

Installation was flawless. The installer had to drill lesser holes and perfect measurement!

Techs did a very good job installing the microwave. Display lights are annoying. Couldn't figure out how to turn on/off. Not in the instructions.

Installations went well: fast, secure, old microwave was taken away and all packaging was disposed of. Total process was about 20 minutes.

The guys where quick with the removal and install with no damage or issues. They took some time after the install to walk us through the set-up of the microwave. Overall good customer service. Note that our Best Buy use contractors but no complaints.

It heats things evenly. Nice clean look. Easy to clean and wipe down. Nice big space inside, for all the larger or taller items. Lights and fans work nice and the alarm isn't the most annoying sound.

Love the size, For our family and design of the kitchen. It is perfect.

I really enjoyed the service I’ve received from Ronnie. He unmounted my old microwave, and mounted a new one very professionally and in a timely manner. I had a tile and granite in my kitchen (because of that no-one from Home Depot or RXO were not able to install anything), but Ronnie got all the tools and skills to do the installation. Thank you very much!

The existing unit failed. The replacement was able to be installed in very short order. Cost was acceptable. Big WHEW! The installer came as scheduled. Was a good sport when unexpectly debris from recent roofing job came down vent, but easy clean up. He was efficent, professional. Unit works as it should.

The guys were great - fast, efficient, funny, and cleaned up everything after making sure I understood how my microwave worked.

Install was quick and efficient. Arrived on time and were complete within 30 minutes. Took the time after install to ensure microwave was operating correctly and then to ensure I knew how to use it. Sounds like it would be expected, but this was one of the first times I experienced it with an outside install. Very professional
