Install was quick and efficient. Arrived on time and were complete within 30 minutes. Took the time after install to ensure microwave was operating correctly and then to ensure I knew how to use it. Sounds like it would be expected, but this was one of the first times I experienced it with an outside install. Very professional

The company On Time Delivery and Installation that delivers for BEST BUY, Delivered, Relocated and installed Our Appliances. We had a Refrigerator, Gas Range Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave replaced. They did a Wonderful job All the Way Around. We received Text the day before letting us know they were coming as Scheduled with a time estimate. On the Day of Delivery we received updated text and also Text when they were on the Way. Gabrielle and Ralphel were Excellent on Delivery, Relocation, and installation. They were Professional, Very Knowledgeable and also Personable throughout the entire process. I would Recommend them to Anyone.

The existing unit failed. The replacement was able to be installed in very short order. Cost was acceptable. Big WHEW! The installer came as scheduled. Was a good sport when unexpectly debris from recent roofing job came down vent, but easy clean up. He was efficent, professional. Unit works as it should.

The two came in were very professional and friendly. Got the one unit out and new one in in less than 20 minutes. Showed how worked and cleaned up completely before they left. Excellent!

Alex did a great job installing the microwave and gas range. Very professional and knowledgeable. He and his team installed the dishwasher and the refrigerator with water line. Very pleased with All Frigidaire suite.

Good service, fast and efficient. The were methodical and cleaned up after their work. The cost for installation is a bit pricey, but if you want it quickly done, it will be worth the extra payment

We recently purchased the Samsung package for our older style home... so, as expected there were a few issues when the new appliances arrived... With that said, the Best Buy team found a way to get everything installed and operating correctly... Great Job!

My over the range microwave is very versatile and handy. Its controls allow you to easily heat up and cook a variety of meals and/or sides for your meals. It provides you with many options and times/power levels to adjust your cooking levels to the various foods for your meals.

Install was great! Quick and efficient. A shame I had to get a different microwave bc the first was really loud.
