Geek Guys Rule!!

Timely, neat and orderly, and installer took the time to show me the functions and gave me manual and cheat sheet - no 'go to the Web and print your own' business like other installers we have had!!

However they didn’t hook the fan up to the upper vent to outside. I don’t do much cooking & the purchase was mainly for cosmetic reasons.

Geek Squad is the Best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They came to install my microwave on Saturday, but told me the measurements were about 1/2 inch off because I have Tiles. They would not drill through the Tiles, and I understood their reasoning. I asked that the store keep the Microwave because I would hustle to get the retiling done asap. By Friday I had my new Microwave installed. Kudos to Geek Squad.

Tech installation is a good but check their work.

Had to tell them to put mask on which they did. Removed old microwave quickly and took it away. When they installed the new microwave, they insisted that 2 toggle bolts at the bottom was enough. I had to tell them to put at least one screw into the stud. After some complaining they put 3 additional screws in the wall then installed the microwave. They then cleaned up and left. Later I read the installation instructions by the manufacturer, and it said at least one screw besides the 2 toggle bolts need to be drilled into the stud. These guys need to read the installation instructions before hand.

A Painless Process

The new microwave installation took full advantage of the wall studs behind and cabinet above and was expertly placed. The unpacking, collecting and removal of packing material (and the old microwave) was accomplished without any prompting by us. An all-around good job!

Very professional install

They followed all the procedures needed due to the pandemic and that was greatly appreciated! Our installation and delivery had been delayed due to product availability and then due to the pandemic.
