It does everything I need it to do, and it looks great.

New microwave is taller than old, so I did some prep work to avoid interference with backsplash tile. Crew was appreciative and was very efficient with the install and took away the old unit.

It was fast and easy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was bad. When the technician opened the box, the microwave had scratches in it. It was not his fault. I watched the entire time. It has been a problem contacting Best Buy to get this corrected.

I had 3 guys deliver my new appliances and I couldn't be more happier with their services. They were very professional and helpful. Very clean as well. Whatever mess they made, they made sure it was clean before they left. Great group of guys. Hope they work together often cause I'm sure other people will appreciate them as well.

The installer was very quick in installing the microwave oven. He had been directed to the wrong address by his GPS and was a little later than expected. I had another appointment and told him I needed to leave soon and he worked hard to quickly get it installed so I could get to my appointment on time. Very efficient and polite.

The tech showed up on time and was clean. He took the time to cover my stove and counter top. Personable as he was doing the job of removal and installation. Two bad things were when he went to clean up, he drop the towel and all the shavings fell onto my floor. The second was he accidentally hit my wall and made a dent. He took a quick look and said no damage, I did not see it until I used the Micro three days later.
