My installation had some unexpected complications, It looked like I might have to get a contractor to come & make some adjustments in order to make the installation work. In the end, the Geek guys were able to figure it out and save the day. Thanks, guys! I really appreciate your flexibility & problem solving skills.

Had ordered GE to replace old one hoping no new holes needed to be drilled but they didn’t line up. Very quick and professional.

Just a few days after install, the microwave started making a loud noise. The Geek Squad responded immediately and the microwave was repaired. The 3 stars is for the inconvenience of having a repair on a new appliance. I'm now satisfied with the microwave.

Although he did not do the best job of cleaning up after himself (we cleaned up the drywall dust and particles after he left), he DOES receive kudos for returning to our house over an hour after he left to figure out some of the sub-menu operations that were very confusing after reading the owner's manual.

The job was done as expected. They used preinstalled part from previous microwave so it made the install easier for them.

This service was part of the Totaltech membership which I purchased along with my new microwave. The guys who installed my microwave did a great job, it only took them less than 10 minutes to finish everything.

The two gentlemen that came and installed our Samsung kitchen appliances were very professional. They were conscientious while in our home and were also very through explaining how to care for and use our new oven and microwave. It was a very pleasant experience.

The installer who is part of Geek Squad,and he knows his stuff. Very particular about installing the item the proper way and just doing the right thing.

The gentlemen did a nice job installing the microwave. They were courteous, clean, and answered all my questions.

The guys that came out were fantastic. They were friendly, considerate of my home, and were quick efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. So worth it.

The techs that installed the two microwave ovens were great. They were very professional and were in and out of the house within an hour and a half. I would recommend them top anyone. They cleaned up after themselves also.

The service installation for our over the range microwave was efficiently accomplished. Oscar was very personable and we give him kudos for the installation service!

These guys were the best. He found a dent in the original micro, in the back, that was not visible to us and pointed it out. We refused the install, went back to Best Buy, they replaced it (upgraded it, actually). We got in contact with the installer and he actually came back that day and installed the new on!!

They called to confirm and called again later as they were ahead of schedule. Install and removal of the old one was problem free. Definitely worth the extra money to have it delivered, installed and broken microwave taken away.

Every step I was helped in replacing my current microwave, Best Buy customer service, future supply, disposal and installation support was wonderful and professional!!

We debated about this and I'm really glad we had it installed. The guys were super nice and careful of our belongings. One person would have had a hard time installing this by themselves. They installed it in about 30 minutes, it would have taken my husband all day. It was worth the absence of stress.

I was very pleased with the installation. They quickly removed my old microwave and quickly installed the new one. I was also impressed by how they put down a cloth so as not to leave a mess when the drilling was down. Very satisfied.
